Room for rent in Toronto: I am a responsible working student who is attending college next year and just looking for a place for the summer. Room for rent in Toronto: Hi, I just moved to Toronto from Vancouver, and am looking to find a nice room in a great apartment with fantastic roommates, male female doesn't matter (or just 1 roommate). I've had great luck in the past finding awesome people to live with, so here's hoping for continued success. As stated I would ideally like to live on/just off Yonge Street anywhere between Bloor and Lakeshore, but would definitely consider places equally close to amenities and transportation. I am not limiting myself to these areas, i would also consider areas close by. Ultimately its the people that matter more than the place (don't get me wrong, the place does matter too.) I can commit to a lease up to 12 months, and of course have no problems providing first and last up front. If you have a place that you think i would like, please get in touch immediately via email (i check quite often), and i will get back to you asap (leave a phone number). I am downtown most business days during business hours and can arrange viewings on short notice. A bit about me: 29/M (born and raised in vancouver), I'm very easy going, super friendly, get along with just about everyone. Don't smoke, social drinker (total lightweight), healthy (enjoy biking, running, walking), love to laugh, well travelled, very responsible, enjoy trying new things, meeting new people, love music, concerts, movies, arts, culture, you know standard stuff. I would hope that you would be a similar personality, somewhat social, but definitely not anti social, etc etc, just be cool so we can get along thats all :) not too much to ask. Hoping to hear from you soon.
