You will be sharing with 2 very clean girls, young professionals, who travel and are gone often. The apartment was recently repainted with brand new furniture in the large living room. The apartment is 5 blocks from Columbia, near the 125th St. 1 train stop. It is a very quiet street and we are the top floor so no noise from neighbors upstairs or nextdoor. It is one block from Riverside Park. Our block has everything - pizza for $1.75, sushi, bars, chinese, restaurants, laundry, dry cleaning, dentist, etc. Kids play baseball in the street, a great mix of locals and young people. The A and D express trains nearby take you to the LES in 6 stops and the M60 bus to LaGuardia is next door as well. The flat has access to the roof which is private and romantic, a great place to chill, sunbathe, drink, etc (not so much in the winter). We just celebrated my 26th birthday up there. There is a shared large living room, kitchen and bathroom. Your room will be the biggest in the apartment with two windows, fire escape access, room for any size bed or bookshelves, armoire, etc. We are young professionals, fun, chill, well travelled.
