The house is all brand new fit out so everything is done up to the highest standard. The room on offer is a good size with a king size bed with two built in wardrobes/cupbords. We have a kitchen living room, which has a flat screen television and new kitchen appliances. The there is a shower room with power shower, WC and sink and then separate WC too. We also have washing machine dryer and dishwasher. The flat is for three people and there is one boy and one girl living there now. It is a professional house share and we want someone who works 9-5( ish) Would prefer someone British if possible and must be English speaking and between the ages of 25-35ish. We want someone relaxed and friendly. We all lead evry sperate lives but we would like the third person to genuinely get on with us and potentially socialise with us sometimes too. I don’t just want a lodger. The flat is an old Victorian building that has a beautiful exterior with a small green garden and courtyard. It was used by Victoria line workers houses many years ago, but is now all for all paying tenants (50% owned - 50% rented). On one side are expensive apartment flats (with it’s own personal docking hardour for their boats!) and the other is a new development, which is called the grovsner waterside (which is going to be more lovely flats there and a few restaurants and shops etc) The flat is right in between Sloane sq(6 mins walk), victoria (8 mins walk), Pimlico (12 mins walk) All halved by bus Bills not included but cheapest council tax in London.
